Restaurant

'Clouds' is the unique rooftop restaurant with views across the airport runways to the North, Dublin city and bay to the East and the mountains to the West. The menu at Clouds offers contemporary Irish and international cuisine made using the finest local produce from the market gardens. It also boasts a hand-picked wine cellar and some very special vintages you will only find in Carlton Hotel restaurants. Private dining are available for small parties of up to 55 people.

Also Kittyhawks Bar and Bistro is the perfect venue to enjoy a quiet pint or to entertain a livelier gathering of friends. Contains a large outdoor deck. Breakfast is served each morning from 8am until 11 am. At lunch we offer a great range of dishes from our carvery while a full bistro menu featuring wholesome food is available well into the evening.

Drinks are served in the cocktail bar and on the large viewing balcony. Kittyhawks Bar and Bistro is a popular meeting place for people who come to unwind after a hard day?'s work and we have live music on Friday and Saturday evenings.
